It is not necessary to exercise during this program. If you are currently exercising its best to continue low impact exercise such as walking for 20 to 30 minutes a day and a few body-weight exercises. Exercising burns extra calories which causes hunger. Strenuous exercise is not recommended on a very low-calorie part of the program (Step 2). The combination of low calories and exercise may cause your body to go into starvation mode causing you to hold weight. This may have a negative impact on your stamina and commitment to the program. So, take it easy!!! Normal exercise regimes may be undertaken in Step 3.
Weight gain occurs as a result of drinking and eating habits. During Stage 1 and 2 you will learn how to eat correctly. In Stage 3 we reintroduce dairy, carbohydrates and good fats. If you go back to your old eating habits of overeating and drinking you will regain your weight. During Stage 3 you will be equipped with the tools to sustain your loss over the long term.
Everybody is different. Factors including age, sleep, gender and your starting point will interact to affect the speed of your loss. Typically our customers experience a rapid weight drop in the first 30 days.
With any weight loss program, you should consult your doctor before commencing. We can provide more details of the program including all of the fact sheets for the specific supplements that you will be taking. Once you have your doctor’s sign off to commence the program, we recommend that you check in with them regularly so they can monitor any changes in your condition.
We have had individuals with different types of sugar resistance conditions successfully undertake and complete the program. Always seek medical advice before starting the program and to be monitored during your progress.
You need to drink 3 litres of water per day, this is required for hydration and to flush out toxins.
