3 Simple Stages

Stage 1

Begin your journey to health by eating from a list of approved foods and starting your nutrition.  The focus of stage 1 is to remove sugar and carbohydrates from your diet to begin to heal your gut. During these first three days you will begin your nutritional support, and quickly become a fat burning body rather than a fat storage body. Typically, after the second day your blood sugar levels should start to stabilise, you will begin to overcome food cravings and your body will start to use its fat stores for energy.  Stage 1 prepares your body for Stage 2.

Stage 2

This is the detox and weight loss step, where your meals are calorie-restricted. Your body will start to change as a result of burning fat, controlling your food craving and stabilising blood sugar levels and most importantly HORMONES. With food cravings gone and fat burning increased, you will feel greater mental clarity and enjoy an increase in energy. There is an easy to follow a meal plan, and for anyone with dietary requirements, a list of approved foods is also provided. The nutritional support for body and hormonal balance is vitally important. as they sustain your energy levels and curb your appetite (in addition to their other roles).

Stage 2 is the weight loss stage but is also vital to improve digestion, improve gut health, and reduce inflammation in the body.  This stage typically lasts for 27 days, however depending on how your body responds there is the option to extend Stage 2 for an additional 10 days.

Stage 3

The Maintenance phase is designed to keep you at your current weight and help keep your hormones in balance – particularly your blood sugar levels. This is where we teach the body to keep the weight off. This is the final link in the chain where the gut is fully healed  It is a vital step in your journey designed to teach you how to sustain a healthy lifestyle!‍

There are some additional nutritional products, we re-introduce additional food groups into your diet, and increase the calories per day to begin to teach you how to live healthily for the rest of your life.  All 3 stages are important for successful weight loss, and if you want to lose more weight you simply go back to step 1 and repeat!  This step varies in length depending on how many rounds of the program you choose to do.
